If you receive an email from someone claiming to be from Studd Muffyn and demanding money for prize schemes, do not respond. Studd Muffyn does not request customers to make payments to any specific bank account or individual.
It is advised not to entertain such messages or calls and refrain from sharing confidential information like bank account or credit card details.
The company, Nature Touch Nutrition, with brands Studd Muffyn and Nuskhe By Paras, shall not be held accountable for any loss or compensation due to such scam attempts. Stay alert!
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- No cosmetic products and crystals displayed on the portal are eligible for refund or return.
- Customers must report any refund or return issues within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited within 10-12 working days.
- If the ordered shipment is not received within 45 days of order placement, customers are entitled to claim a refund for the order amount paid.
